Job summary

Red River is seeking a Field Installation Engineer to plan, install, configure, calibrate, and validate network and infrastructure solutions across customer and internal environments. The role blends hands-on engineering with analysis to meet project requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities include site surveys, RF assessments, documentation, and collaboration with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful international installation oversight when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience installing, deploying, troubleshooting, or supporting network and infrastructure technologies.
• Ability to interpret network diagrams, floor plans, technical specs, and docs; analyze problems and propose solutions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, calibrate, upgrade, and validate network and infrastructure equipment.
• Analyze installation requirements and develop installation plans.
• Conduct site surveys and determine tools, equipment, and personnel needed.
• Troubleshoot networking and infrastructure issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform RF site surveys and ensure compliance with specs and standards.
• Prepare technical reports and as-built records; coordinate with project teams.
