S&ME in New Albany, IN is seeking an NDT/NDE Technician to verify structural integrity on diverse projects, including tall steel structures.

You will perform UT and MT inspections, maintain equipment, and craft detailed reports. This full-time role may involve climbing, long hours, weekend work, and travel. We offer ESOP and comprehensive benefits, supporting your growth as part of a trusted team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of NDT/NDE metals testing experience or an associate degree in a related field.
• Active industry certifications listed above are required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform non-destructive testing, including UT and MT on welds.
• Juggle testing assignments across projects and maintain calibration records.
• Craft detailed reports communicating findings accurately.
