Qualifications

• 3+ years of loan origination experience in residential mortgages.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to assess financial data and guide customers through the loan process.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients and homebuilding associates through on-site meetings.
• Present mortgage options, review rates, and guide customers through the loan process.
• Lead generation through community visits, seminars, and builder/realtor events.
• Maintain accurate records in origination systems and ensure timely closings.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
