Job summary

Lennar is seeking a full-time Loan Originator in the United States to build relationships with home builders, realtors, and prospective homeowners. You will travel regularly to communities to solicit new business, conduct seminars, and gather loan documentation for approval, while guiding customers through product options and rate locks.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in loan origination, a four-year degree preferred, and an active or willing-to-obtain NMLS license.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred.
• At least three years of loan originating experience.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• NMLS License required, or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support the Company’s growth through outside sales activities and lead generation.
• Travel to communities, builders, and lenders to solicit new business.
• Present and conduct seminars to develop leads and relationships.
• Originate and prep new loans following company policies and guidelines.
• Advise customers on mortgage products based on needs.
