Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of loan originating experience.
• NMLS license and state license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• Fluent in Spanish (speaking and writing) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships to originate loans.
• On-site meetings with customers and builder partners to discuss mortgage options.
• Review financial data and lock rates prior to closing.
• Originate and prepare new loans per policy; provide guidance to customers.
• Maintain reports and pipeline in origination systems.
