Zusammenfassung

Lennar Mortgage is seeking a Field Loan Officer to develop relationships with clients and homebuilding partners, conducting on-site visits and conducting first-time homebuyer seminars. You will assess financial data, guide customers on mortgage products, and facilitate the loan process in accordance with Lennar Mortgage guidelines.

The role emphasizes in-person client engagement, regulatory compliance, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of Loan Originating experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fluent in Spanish (preferred) in speaking and writing
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Proficient with standard office software and mortgage industry tools

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, homebuyers and associates through on-site meetings
• Lead generation through community visits, realtor offices, and events
• Review financial data and guide customers on mortgage products
• Originating and preparing loans in compliance with regulations
• Maintain pipeline reports and communicate status to stakeholders
