Job summary

Lennar Mortgage is seeking a Field Loan Officer to build and maintain relationships with clients, homebuilders, and referral sources in the Tulsa area. You will conduct on-site meetings, assess financial data, and guide customers through the loan process with a field-first approach.

You will lead community visits and seminars, manage a robust pipeline, and ensure compliance with federal and company guidelines while delivering personalized mortgage solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires strong outside sales and referral-building skills.
• Must be able to conduct client meetings in communities and builder sites.
• Ability to review financial data and advise on mortgage products.

Responsibilities

• Strategize outside sales activities to drive company growth.
• Generate leads via community visits, realtor offices, and events.
• Lead First Time Homebuyer Seminars to build relationships with clients and partners.
• Travel to builder and realtor events, explain offerings, collect loan applications, attend closings.
• Provide tailored mortgage recommendations and lock rates ahead of closing.
• Maintain pipeline and detailed notes in origination system.
