Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer in Dallas to oversee preventive maintenance and repairs for buildings, systems, and grounds. You will lead maintenance activities, review work orders, and ensure safe, compliant operations while coordinating with teams.

The role requires a High School level diploma or equivalent, 4–5 years of relevant experience, Universal CFC certification, and a valid driver's license. Prior supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, plus 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver's license required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs on mechanical, industrial, plumbing, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage supplies.
• Implement preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Ensure building systems meet design and environmental conditions.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles and train others in job disciplines.
