Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore - Crofton is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to help grow and lead the mitigation division. The role starts hands-on with field involvement and advances into a leadership-focused position as the division expands.

You will help build systems, manage projects, support business growth, and lead by example. Ideal candidates will have restoration, mitigation, construction, or project management experience, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a valid

Qualifications

• Restoration, mitigation, construction, or project management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead the mitigation division from the ground up.
• Develop workflows, operating systems, and production standards.
• Support hiring and training as the team grows.
• Maintain quality control, accountability, and professionalism across projects.
• Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage losses.
• Coordinate mitigation services including extraction, demolition, drying setup, and cleanup.
• Monitor project progress and communicate with customers throughout the job.
• Ensure accurate job documentation, photos, and reporting.
• Build relationships with plumbers, HVAC contractors, property managers, insurance agents, and other referral partners
