Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore - Crofton is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to build and lead a growing mitigation division. The role starts hands-on and transitions into leadership as the division expands, focusing on systems, project management, and business growth.

You will drive field operations, coordinate services for water, fire, mold, and storm damage, and manage client communication while expanding referral partnerships locally.

Qualifications

• Restoration, mitigation, construction, or project management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to build trust with customers and referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and grow the mitigation division from the ground up.
• Assist with creating workflows, operational systems, and production standards.
• Support hiring and training efforts as the team grows.
• Maintain quality control, accountability, and professionalism across projects.
• Coordinate mitigation services including extraction, demolition, drying setup, and cleanup.
