Job summary

DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to drive project success from intake to completion. You will coordinate with the Mitigation Project Coordinator and Director, build client relationships with homeowners and adjusters, and lead the crew to ensure high-quality results on time.

Responsibilities include selling new opportunities, developing scopes of work, and managing Xactimate-based estimates and final invoices while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in emergency restoration required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Full-time position available.
• IICRC certifications (WRT/AMRT/FSRT) required.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and sell new service opportunities.
• Schedule projects with Mitigation Project Coordinator.
• Develop project scopes and organize job sites.
• Manage client, adjuster and participant communications.
• Direct on-site staff and monitor workflows.
• Organize sub-contractors and vendors as needed.
• Estimate and invoice jobs using Xactimate.
