Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial emergency mitigation and restoration projects, including water, mold, fire, and storm damage. You will manage mitigation technicians, coordinate field operations, perform inspections, and ensure timely, profitable project delivery.

This hands-on leadership role requires guiding crews in the field, writing and auditing estimates, ensuring OSHA and IICRC standards, and maintaining excellent customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mitigation/disaster response with estimating and moisture mapping.
• Experience leading crews and coordinating field operations.
• Strong knowledge of water mitigation and mold remediation.
• Ability to travel statewide and lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day mitigation operations in assigned territory.
• Prepare and review accurate estimates (Xactimate).
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Lead and develop field technicians.
