Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to lead residential and commercial emergency mitigation and restoration projects involving water, mold, fire, and storm damage. You will manage crews, coordinate field operations, and ensure inspections, estimates, and documentation are completed with high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of mitigation/disaster response field experience including estimating, scoping, structural drying, and moisture mapping.
• Xactimate experience preferred and IICRC certifications required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred to manage crews and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day mitigation and emergency service operations across the territory.
• Coordinate schedules, dispatch services, and ensure timely, profitable delivery of services.
• Supervise technicians, provide training, and monitor performance with an emphasis on safety and quality.
