Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking an Emergency Services Field Supervisor to lead mitigation crews on residential and commercial projects. You will oversee field operations, coordinate job sites, and ensure high-quality restoration work while actively participating in hands-on mitigation.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with water mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, and a proven leadership track record.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in field operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of water mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, and restoration processes.
• IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, AMRT).
• Commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and technical quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee mitigation technicians on residential and commercial projects.
• Manage day-to-day field operations and job-site coordination during emergency services.
• Respond to emergency losses involving water, mold, fire, and other damage.
• Perform water mitigation services and supervise drying, containment, and cleanup.
• Ensure safety procedures, PPE compliance, and OSHA standards are followed.
• Train and develop technicians, supervise field work, and document progress.
