Job summary

Rainbow International Restoration is seeking an Emergency Services Manager in the United States to lead water, fire, mold and trauma mitigation projects, ensuring timely, profitable delivery and high customer satisfaction. You will supervise project leads, technicians and administrative staff, develop training, and write job estimates using Xactimate, Symbility, or related pricing tools.

Strong scheduling and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School or GED plus 5–10 years of experience in cleaning/restoration.
• Associates degree in business-related field and 4+ years in restoration preferred.
• Supervisory/leadership experience strongly preferred.
• IICRC certifications in WRT/SRT/ASD/AMRT/CDS desired.

Responsibilities

• Exceed division targets for quality ratings and customer satisfaction.
• Write job estimates in Xactimate, Symbility, or Company T&M Pricing Sheet.
• Maintain production capacity through staffing, equipment and supplies.
• Schedule technicians, laborers and subcontractors to ensure efficiency.
• Develop and conduct technician training programs.
• Monitor production efficiencies and payroll.
