Rainbow Restoration is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to lead emergency mitigation and restoration projects across water, mold, fire, and storm damage. You will manage crews in the field, coordinate day-to-day operations, perform inspections, and ensure quality and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mitigation/disaster response field with estimating and scoping
• IICRC WRT/ASD/AMRT certifications required
• Leadership/crew supervision experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day mitigation and emergency service operations
• Establish service schedules to meet demand and profit margins
• Supervise technicians including coaching and performance management
• Respond to residential and commercial losses involving water, mold, fire, storm
• Perform inspections and manage scope of work on sites
• Execute timely, accurate, and profitable estimates
• Write, review, and audit estimates for accuracy and deficiencies
• Maintain documentation and ensure insurance approvals and paperwork
