Job summary

Rainbow Restoration leads on-site restoration projects, guiding teams through water, fire, and mold mitigation. You will supervise technicians, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality from start to finish, while maintaining clear client communication.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restoration experience (water, fire, mold) or related field.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
• IICRC certifications in WRT/FSRT/ASD are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restoration equipment and techniques.
• Proficiency with restoration management software (DASH, MICA, Xactimate) is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site restoration projects from start to finish and supervise technicians.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and client specifications.
• Coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality results.
• Perform water extraction, drying, mold remediation, and fire/smoke mitigation.
• Document moisture readings, equipment usage, and project details.
• Maintain records and report status to management.
• Mentor and develop team members and enforce OSHA safety policies.
