Job summary

Conservice is a leading utility and billing management company serving the multifamily housing industry. Our Meter Technicians install, maintain, and repair water, gas, and electric submeters and their communication systems at multifamily properties and select retail locations to ensure accurate billing data collection.

This hands-on field role requires dependability, overtime, and up to 25% travel including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violation convictions in the past 24 months; no DUI/DWI in past 5 years.
• REAL ID-compliant license or ID for air travel.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen; security sensitive role.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, configure, calibrate, and replace water, gas, and electric submeters and communication systems at multifamily properties.
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot meter performance, connectivity, data transmission; repair or replace faulty equipment.
• Represent Conservice professionally with owners, managers, contractors, and staff; answer submetering questions and resolve needs.
