Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising across a multi-store territory. You will oversee resets, installations, signage, and inventory while coordinating a team of merchandising associates and ensuring work meets client standards.

You will train staff, report progress via mobile apps, and uphold safety standards. Travel within the market and occasional adjacent markets is required as part of a field-based role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, or related field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing work of field associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory—resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate project instructions, sequence tasks on site, and inspect completed work against standards.
• Serve as the in-market contact; build and maintain relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting (visits, photos, data) through company apps; verify reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site; ensure safe use of tools and stop unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs to the District Manager.
• Lead the in-store team to complete projects on time and with quality.
• Train and coach associates on merchandising, installation, safety, and retailer requirements.
