Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions seeks an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising across the assigned market. You will personally perform merchandising, resets, installation, and break-fix work and coach a team of merchandising associates to deliver quality, on-time projects.

The role requires regular travel within the market, scheduling with the District Manager, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or similar field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising: resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct in-store teams: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work to standards.
• Act as in-market contact with store management and client reps.
• Submit accurate, on-time project reporting via company apps.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety on site and address unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs to the District Manager.
• Lead the team to complete projects on time with quality.
• Train and demonstrate standards; participate in onboarding.
