Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead retail merchandising and installation efforts across an assigned market. You will supervise in-store teams, ensure on-time project delivery, and maintain strong client relationships while traveling between stores as required.

The role requires hands-on merchandising, safety awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects daily in a field-based environment. Growth opportunities exist within a growing company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or comparable field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory — resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate project instructions, sequence tasks on site, and inspect completed work against company and client standards.
• Serve as the company's in-market point of contact; build and maintain strong working relationships with store management and client representatives.
