Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager (AEM) to lead field-based merchandising across a Georgia market. You will perform resets, planograms, and installations while directing on-site teams to ensure quality and on-time completion for store projects.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on retail merchandising experience, strong leadership, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within the market and to neighboring markets as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or comparable field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience.
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and auto insurance meeting company policy requirements.
• Proficiency with a smartphone, tablet, or iPad for reporting and photo capture.
• Resides within reasonable commuting distance of the assigned territory; generally within ~30 miles of stores.
• Able and willing to travel by personal vehicle, including overnight travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory — resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, and inspect work against standards.
• Serve as the in-market point of contact; build and maintain relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting (visits, photos, data) through company apps and verify report accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and address unsafe conditions promptly.
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and issues to the District Manager.
• Lead the in-store team to complete projects on time and with quality.
