Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable in-store execution across the assigned territory. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, complete daily store visits, and ensure alignment with company expectations.

Requirements include 18+ years, a valid driver’s license, 1–3 years in retail or consumer goods, and the ability to travel. A company vehicle with gas card is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 18 years of age or older with valid driver's license.
• 1–3 years in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Willing to travel across assigned markets.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Physically able to lift and move products up to 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execute shelving standards.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers to ensure brand standards and execution.
• Complete store visits using Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence.
• Implement promotional displays and maintain brand visibility.
• Follow schedules set by DM or RTM for territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to ensure smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
