Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable in-store execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations across the territory.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, daily coverage, and promoting displays while following schedules set by the DM or RTM. You’ll travel within markets and help onboard new team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Able to lift and move up to 25 lbs and travel within markets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in stores with professionalism and reliability.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Execute daily coverage and document execution via photos and records.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure visibility of brands.
• Follow schedules set by DM or RTM for efficient coverage.
• Build relationships with store personnel for smooth execution.
• Assist with onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Maintain safety and comply with vehicle policies during travel.
