Job summary

Brightcore Energy is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead mechanical and MEP construction projects in the field across the Northeast. You will read blueprints, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate field crews and subcontractors, and serve as on-site leader from preconstruction through closeout.

The role requires 7–15+ years of experience in MEP construction, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a proven ability to drive safety, quality, and timely delivery in dynamic work sites

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 7–15+ years of experience in mechanical or MEP construction in field leadership roles.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
• Proven experience managing MEP or mechanical construction projects in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP projects in the field from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage mechanical scopes (HVAC, piping, plumbing) while coordinating with electrical and plumbing teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and material procurement.
• Track progress, identify risks, and drive resolution of field issues.
