Job summary

Brightcore Energy seeks a senior on-site leader to drive commercial construction projects with a strong HVAC/MEP focus. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, coordinating field teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Ideal candidates have 8–15+ years in construction, with a solid background in mechanical systems and ability to manage schedules and budgets while upholding safety standards. Travel up to 80% in the Northeast region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 8–15+ years of progressive construction experience with focus on mechanical/MEP systems.
• Strong field leadership and ability to coordinate subcontractors and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project execution from preconstruction to closeout.
• Manage ground-up retrofit/ renovation projects focusing on mechanical/MEP integration.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, manpower plans, and procurement strategies.
• Oversee subcontractors, field teams, foremen, and vendors ensuring quality and safety.
• Mentor junior staff and drive a culture of accountability and performance.
