Job summary

Manhattan Construction Group is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead field operations on assigned projects, ensuring timely, profitable completion of mechanical and electrical systems. The role requires strong leadership, organization, time management, and excellent client service skills.

You will supervise MEP trades, coordinate 3D models, manage shut downs, and support pre-construction activities with the project team. Travel to sites and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year Construction Science or Engineering degree (or equivalent).
• 10–15 years of responsibility for large commercial construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations to ensure timely, profitable project completion.
• Direct supervision of MEP trades and review of field installations.
• Coordinate 3D model coordination and manage MOPs and shutdowns.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordination plans, and logbooks.
