Job summary

Manhattan Construction Company is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead field operations for mechanical and electrical systems on assigned projects. This role supervises MEP trades, reviews installations, and requires strong leadership, organizational, and client-service skills.

Ideal candidates will have 10–15 years in large commercial construction, with a degree in Construction Science/Engineering or equivalent, and experience with BIM360. The position offers growth across multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Four years of Construction Science or Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience reading drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP field operations and supervise MEP trades.
• Coordinate 3D model coordination and management.
• Develop and manage coordination plan and startup/commissioning activities.
• Assist in pre-construction materials, strategy, and scheduling.
• Ensure safety, quality, and client service on site.
