National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) is seeking a Membership Sales Representative for face-to-face outreach with small business owners. You will present NFIB’s mission, engage prospects, and close memberships on the spot, earning commissions and performance-based rewards.

This hunter/closer role emphasizes impact, with training pay and uncapped earning potential. Previous sales experience helps, but motivation and drive are valued above all.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly and compellingly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
