This hunter/closer role offers a strict sales model, uncapped commissions, and substantial earning potential while contributing to advocacy for entrepreneurs and local economies.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Candidates should be self-driven and resilient.
• Able to follow a proven sales process and adapt quickly.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivation to grow and achieve performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency.
• Build rapport and clearly communicate NFIB’s mission and value proposition.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
