This hunter/closer role emphasizes making a strong impact, following a proven sales process, and earning commissions based on performance.

You will connect with business owners, present NFIB's value, handle objections, and close on the spot while benefiting from training support and uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB’s proven 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and convey NFIB’s mission clearly and compellingly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
