Job summary

National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) is seeking a Membership Sales Representative to engage directly with small business owners in-person, delivering NFIB’s concise 5-minute sales presentation and closing membership enrollments on the spot.

You will build rapport, clearly communicate NFIB's mission, and address objections to drive immediate action in a hunter/closer role. Prior sales experience helps, but not required; success depends on drive and adaptability.

• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB's mission clearly and compellingly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
