Job summary

NFIB is seeking a Membership Sales Representative to drive growth by engaging small business owners in the field. This hunter/closer role focuses on in-person prospecting and closing enrollments in one visit, with a clear, proven sales process.

You’ll spend about 95% of your time in the local market, working hybrid, with strong earning potential including commissions, bonuses, and a national movement backing entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting.
• Deliver NFIB’s proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
