PENTAX Medical in San Francisco, CA seeks a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to maintain and grow hospital and ambulatory center relationships, deliver proactive maintenance, reprocessing education, and equipment demonstrations. The role is field-based, not call-center, and reports to Field Service Manager.

You will train staff, perform inspections, coordinate with Territory Manager, and help protect service contract margins while improving patient care through quality service delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare, life sciences, engineering, or business.
• Minimum 5 years in a healthcare environment with customer-facing responsibility.
• Experience with Medical Device Reprocessing or endoscopy environment preferred.
• Ability to train clinical staff and conduct in-services or certification trainings.

Mansioni

• Perform proactive maintenance inspections of endoscopes and related devices.
• Lead staff certifications and training on device handling and cleaning.
• Conduct customer business reviews and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
• Partner with Territory Manager and service teams to protect contract margins.
