Job summary

PENTAX Medical, a HOYA company, seeks a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) in Charlotte, NC to maintain and grow customer relationships with hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers. The role lives in the field, coordinating maintenance, training, and installations, while protecting service contract margins.

You will educate staff, perform device optimizations, and lead business reviews, partnering with Territory Managers and the service organization to deliver superior customer

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive maintenance inspections (PMI) of flexible endoscopes at customer accounts on a scheduled cadence.
• Perform endoscopy room and equipment optimization reviews and educate staff on device settings and patient-care impact.
• Conduct structured workflow and hygiene assessments of Medical Device Reprocessing Departments (MDRD) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Deliver staff certification programs on equipment handling, setup, and cleaning with a 6-month training cadence.
• Lead annual or semi-annual customer business reviews with hospital leadership and contract data.
• Maximize profitability of service contracts by proactive education and equipment handling interventions to reduce repair costs.
