Job summary

PENTAX Medical is seeking a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to manage customer relationships, conduct maintenance inspections, and lead education initiatives for endoscopy devices across a defined territory. This role involves field visits to hospitals and ambulatory centers, demonstrations, installations, and training, with a focus on protecting service contract performance.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare experience with customer-facing responsibilities, strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare, life sciences, engineering, business, or related field.
• At least 5 years in healthcare with customer-facing responsibility.
• Experience with Medical Device Reprocessing or endoscopy environments preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within territory and nationally/internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, grow, and protect customer relationships and service contract performance across assigned territory.
• Lead customer business reviews with hospital and surgical center leadership.
• Provide training and education programs to clinical staff on device handling and cleaning.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager and service organization to protect gross margin.
