Job summary

PENTAX Medical is seeking a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to manage and enhance relationships with hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers. The role focuses on proactive maintenance inspections, staff education, and in-field support across the territory, ensuring service contracts remain profitable and customers receive outstanding care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare environment with customer-facing responsibility.
• Direct experience in Medical Device Reprocessing or endoscopy is preferred.
• Ability to design and deliver structured training or education programs.
• Ability to travel within the defined territory and internationally when required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive PMI inspections of flexible endoscopes at customer sites on a scheduled cadence.
• Perform endoscopy room and equipment optimization reviews and educate clinical staff on device settings.
• Deliver structured staff certification programs and maintain a 6-month training cadence.
• Lead customer business reviews with hospital leadership and provide actionable recommendations.
• Maintain Salesforce records of all customer interactions, installations, and trainings.
