Job summary
PENTAX Medical is seeking a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) in Orlando, FL to proactively manage and enhance relationships with hospitals and ambulatory centers. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, engineering, or business.
- Minimum 5 years in a healthcare environment with customer-facing responsibilities.
- Experience in Medical Device Reprocessing or endoscopy environment preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 75% within territory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct PMI inspections of flexible endoscopes at customer accounts.
- Lead staff training on equipment handling and cleaning.
- Perform installation go-live training with adherence to timelines.
- Maintain Salesforce CRM records of customer interactions.
