Job summary

PENTAX Medical is seeking a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to manage and enhance customer relationships, service contracts, and installations across a defined territory. You will conduct proactive maintenance inspections, provide reprocessing education, and lead staff certification programs to ensure optimal device performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication skills, healthcare experience, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, engineering, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a healthcare environment with customer-facing responsibility.
• Hands-on experience in Medical Device Reprocessing or endoscopy environments preferred.
• Experience delivering structured training to clinical or reprocessing staff.
• Ability to travel extensively within territory; valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication; proficient in MS Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive maintenance inspections of flexible endoscopes at customer accounts.
• Educate clinical staff on device settings and infection control practices.
• Lead customer business reviews with hospital leadership and executives.
• Develop and deliver staff certification programs on equipment handling.
• Coordinate installation go-live training and post-go-live support.
• Track and report customer interactions, maintenance, and installations in Salesforce.
