Job summary

PENTAX Medical is seeking a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to drive proactive maintenance, endoscopy education, and staff training across hospital and ambulatory settings. You will partner with the Territory Manager to protect service margins and grow the install base through proactive education and demonstrations.

The role requires strong communication, clinical training ability, and up to 75% travel within the defined territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare, life sciences, engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in a healthcare environment with customer-facing responsibility.
• Direct experience with Medical Device Reprocessing/sterile processing or endoscopy environments preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering clinical staff training or education programs.
• Ability to plan and travel independently in a multi-account territory.

Responsibilities

• Perform proactive maintenance inspections (PMI) of flexible endoscopes at customer accounts.
• Educate clinical staff on device settings, cleaning, and hygiene practices.
• Lead structured staff certification programs and quarterly training cadence.
• Conduct customer business reviews and provide actionable recommendations.
• Travel within territory up to 75%; support field operations and installations.
