Job summary

PENTAX Medical is seeking a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to maintain and grow customer relationships across hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers in the Southwest region. The CXR will perform proactive maintenance inspections, training, and value-driven reviews in collaboration with the Territory Manager and service organization.

This is a field role requiring extensive travel and strong clinical and training capabilities to protect service contracts and drive customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, engineering, business, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Experience in Medical Device Reprocessing or endoscopy preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive maintenance inspections (PMI) of flexible endoscopes at customer accounts on a scheduled cadence.
• Perform endoscopy room and equipment optimization reviews and educate staff on device settings.
• Conduct structured workflow and hygiene assessments of MDRD departments and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Lead structured customer training programs and maintain a recurring training cadence.
• Manage customer business reviews with hospital leadership using data to present recommendations.
