Job summary

PENTAX Medical in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to sustain and grow customer relationships and service contracts in hospitals and ambulatory centers. You will lead proactive maintenance, staff training, and value-driven reviews in the field.

This role requires travel within the territory, collaboration with Field Service Manager and Territory Manager, and hands-on activation of demonstrations, installations, and education programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare, life sciences, engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare with customer-facing responsibility.
• Experience in Medical Device Reprocessing or endoscopy preferred.
• Ability to train staff and deliver in-services in clinical settings.
• Strong independent field work and travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive maintenance inspections of flexible endoscopes at customer accounts annually.
• Perform endoscopy room and equipment optimization reviews and educate staff on device settings.
• Lead structured staff certification programs and annual/semi-annual customer business reviews.
• Protect service contracts by managing territory install base and capital replacement opportunities.
• Travel extensively within assigned territory and represent Pentax Medical at events.
