Qualifications

• Active RN or CRC license required.
• CCM or CIRS credential preferred.
• Must comply with state licensure requirements.
• Prior experience in workers' compensation case management is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to appointments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care between medical providers, employers, insurers, and injured workers.
• Attend appointments at worksites or clinics with injured workers.
• Develop, document, and monitor individualized recovery and return-to-work plans.
• Provide consistent communication and progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure case management work complies with customer and regulatory requirements.
