Ivo is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to scale regional and account-based campaigns in a fast-growing AI company. You will own field programs—from trade shows and executive dinners to targeted ABM campaigns—driving pipeline and revenue with Sales across a dynamic SF market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in field marketing or related B2B marketing in tech or SaaS.
• Proven ability to independently manage logistics and execution of field programs.
• Experience building or supporting account-based marketing programs using intent data or prioritization.
• Strong project management with ability to juggle multiple programs and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage with vendors, executives, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of field programs — trade shows, conferences, executive dinners, roundtables, and partner activations.
• Partner with Sales to build target account lists, prioritize outreach waves, and convert engagement into pipeline.
• Design and run pre-event, day-of, and post-event motions to maximise registration-to-attendance and sales follow-through.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, shipping, booth design and setup, and on-site logistics.
• Lead pre-event marketing campaigns, attendee engagement strategies, and brand promotion across digital and social channels.
• Track and report on program performance and pipeline impact, using data to refine targeting and strategy.
• Capture content, photos, and insights from events to amplify Ivo's brand across channels.
• Build scalable, repeatable playbooks for field programs across segments and regions.
