Job summary

Cloud Software Group's Spotfire team seeks a marketing operations coordinator to support onsite and digital events. You will help manage logistics, lead capture, and post-event follow-up, partnering with Sales and Product to maximize attendance and engagement.

Your experience in marketing support and social media, along with strong data skills in Excel/Sheets, will drive campaign ROI and pipeline growth across regional and global events. Willingness to travel 20-30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of marketing support, event coordination, social media management, or sales operations (B2B SaaS/enterprise tech preferred).
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and familiarity with Zoom Webinars and social platforms (LinkedIn/X).
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets and comfortable with data formatting and basic formulas.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% to support onsite events.
• Strong written communication, detail orientation, and proactive collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Onsite event execution: assist with booth setup, vendor coordination, materials packing/shipping, and staff support.
• Digital event support: manage virtual event logistics, registrations, and live backend support.
• Lead capture setup: prepare badge scanners, digital forms, and registration tools for data collection.
• Lead operations: clean/format attendee lists, route within CRM, and help with timely follow-up.
• Reporting: gather metrics on engagement, lead volume, and ROI for campaigns.
