Job summary

Cloud Software Group’s Spotfire team is seeking a Marketing Support professional to drive onsite and digital event execution, social media amplification, and lead‑oriented operations. You will coordinate booth activities, webinars, and attendee data while aligning with Sales for timely follow‑ups.

Ideal candidates have a 3–5 year track record in B2B SaaS marketing support, HubSpot experience, and strong Excel skills, with willingness to travel up to 20–30% to events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years in marketing support, event coordination, social media management, or sales operations.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot; familiarity with ZoomInfo or similar data platforms.
• Experience managing professional social media platforms (LinkedIn, X) and scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinars).
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data cleaning and list formatting.

Responsibilities

• Onsite Event Execution: support booth setup, vendor coordination, materials shipping, staff support.
• Digital Event Support: manage online event links, registrations, and live backend support.
• Lead Ops: process attendee lists, CRM routing in HubSpot, and follow‑up with sales teams.
• Promotion: draft social copy, coordinate email invites, and provide promotional kits to reps.
• Reporting: collect engagement metrics, lead volume, and ROI data after events.
