Spotfire, a business unit of Cloud Software Group, seeks an experienced Marketing Support/Events Specialist to manage onsite and digital event execution, lead capture, and post-event follow-up. You will coordinate promotions, social media, and CRM routing with a focus on timely, data-driven results.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in B2B SaaS marketing operations, strong copyediting, and proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn, and ZoomWebinars. Some travel will be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in marketing support, event coordination, social media, or sales operations in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and X and social scheduling tools.
• HubSpot experience required; ZoomInfo familiarity a plus.
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms (Zoom Webinars) and Excel/Sheets data tasks.

• Onsite Event Execution: assist with booth setup, vendor coordination, materials packing/shipping, and staff support.
• Digital Event Support: manage logistics for virtual events and webinars, set up links, track registrations, provide live support.
• Lead Capture Setup: support lead-capture tools for registration and data collection.
• Pre-Event Promotion: draft social posts, organize email invites, distribute promotional toolkits.
• Social Media Amplification: live-tweeting, posting photos/videos, highlight speakers.
