Job summary

Statewide Windows & Doors is seeking a Field Marketing Director to lead our door-to-door canvassing team and scale performance across regions. You will hire, onboard and coach canvassers, set territory goals, and drive KPI reporting to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has proven field leadership, is comfortable working outside and has reliable transportation. You will own the regional results and partner with marketing and ops to optimize campaigns and growth.

We're hiring a Field Marketing Director to lead our door-to-door canvassing team. Prior canvassing management experience is required.

• -$100,000–$150,000+/year (Base Salary + Commission + Overrides)
