Job summary

Statewide Windows & Doors is hiring a Canvassing Director to lead our door-to-door canvassing team. This role requires prior canvassing management experience and a proven ability to build and run a region like a business.

You will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, coaching, and setting performance goals, while managing schedules, territories, and KPI reporting in a field-based environment. A company vehicle and gas allowance are provided.

• $100,000–$150,000+/year (Base Salary + Commission + Overrides)
