Job summary

Statewide Windows & Doors is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead our door-to-door canvassing team. Prior canvassing management experience is required. This role offers a base salary plus commission and overrides, with a company vehicle and gas allowance.

You will hire and onboard canvassers, train reps on scripts, set performance goals, manage schedules and territories, coach in the field and report on KPIs. Strong leadership and reliable transportation are essential.
